Contract information 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SESSION AND AFTER:

1. All photos are owned by Photography Vibes Productions. When posting photos on social media, the customer must tag Photography Vibes Productions.

2. If you arrive 6 minutes or later to the shoot (from your scheduled time) there will be a $20 late fee charged and the shoot will be canceled. Late start appointments and no-shows will not be tolerated.

3. I would never want to photograph someone who is not feeling 100%.

If someone becomes ill, please call to reschedule. I maintain the right to reschedule if needed due to inclement weather, illness, emergency etc.

Requests for rescheduling or re-shoots are granted ONLY at my discretion.

4. IfI need to travel out of out of a 25 mile radius of Naples, FL, there will be a travel fee of $15-$20 required and added to the final total.

Statement and Sign:

I agree to all the terms and conditions provided above. I agree to comply with the requests and services that have been listed, as well as be respectful to the photographer and those involved in the photoshoots. I agree to pay any late fees, or travel fees that are due. I agree to post and tag Photography Vibes Productions in any social media posts that I create. This is a professional service that is being given, and I will adhere to the professionality at stake.
